Anti Power Ranger.org = Living example of Weaboo ignorance and stupidy

It has come to my attention that there is a facebook page called Anti Power Ranger Org, and idiotic, juvenile, illiterate, weaboo website written and hosted by..... an idiotic, juvenile, illiterate weaboo...yeah. That's basically it.




Why does he hate Power Rangers? because they are one of the world's biggest pop culture icons in this or any other mainstream in the world. They are world famous, and they are only known under the name "Power Rangers", not "Something Sentai Whateverger", seriously, It's childish and pathetic. Not to mention, there have been reports that when Pro-power ranger fans have a grown-up, respectful rebuttal against this guy, he rebuttals by using character assassination, name-calling, mispelling. Yep, you are doing Super Sentai proud.

I don't hate Super Sentai, I like it. In fact, Kakuranger and Dairanger are my favorite seasons. And I understand that Super Sentai came first, since it started in 1975 with Himitsu Sentai Goranger, and the show's 16th season, Zyuranger, was adapted into the First season of Power Rangers. But if I'm not mistaken, isn't the reason the show is known worldwide, is because of the American adaptation of the show? I don't think these guys would be the world wide phenomenon that they are if that stayed in their home country in Japan, and this weaboo doesn't want to admit it.

Look, I agree there are some Sentais that are better than their American counterparts, but that doesn't mean they don't have a right to exist I mean if it wasn't for PR I'd wager HALF of these people wouldn't know what the heck Super Sentai even was. In a way, what make Super Sentai better than Power Rangers to them? 

• Because Super Sentai came first?
• Because EVERYONE involved in the show is Japanese?
• Because it was created in Japan, the home of anime?
• Because it's more serious than Power Rangers...because it shows blood and alcohol?

Sure, Power Rangers kinda don't have a leg to stand on, considering the last few years with Samurai and Megaforce, but you must be pretty ignorant and pathetic to believe that this:

And half those posts on that weaboo webpage are so vile and hate-filled. We get it! You don't like Power Rangers but yesh, you talk to the actors like they're horrible people. Dan Southworth was great as Eric/Quantum Ranger and personally just as good as TimeFire and the Dino Charge cast is just as good as the Kyoryuger cast and Yoshi Sandro especially so, but since they aren't Japanese, these guys keep chugging down on the Sushi favored Haterade.

Here's another point. If Power Rangers is "ruining" Super Sentai for 22 years now, then why the hell has Toei NOT sued Saban or Disney? Because Common sense saids they are not. Both Toei and Bandai and earning money thanks to Power Rangers! If you check Bandai's year end  toy reports (Page 22 in the 2012 report) Power Rangers and Super Sentai are lumped in the same category. And I don't mean to play devil's advocate here, but here is some ammo to the whole "Power Rangers is ruining Super Sentai" talk. When you see this team..

In America, You, and most people like the target audiences don't think "team of pirates looking for a treasure, fighting an army that took down their many predecessors, amazing characters, great story, cool villains, wonderful back-stories, character development so greatly written, awesome ending and PIRATES!!!" instead, you think "Pirates, what pirates?, lame power-ups, black ranger turning into a green ranger, dropping story lines, bad story telling, terrible acting, turning into rangers never seen or explained, hyping something for 2 years, only for it to be massive flop, horrible writing ZERO percent character development so non-existent the actors THEMSELVES point it out!, story so incoherent and a show so terribly done in ALL categories."

Here is another shocking point, that most people will and most sentai purists/weaboos WONT admit if their life depends on it. Some Power Rangers season are WAY better than their Sentai counterparts. The most obvious and most used example is Power Rangers RPM being better and Engine Sentai Go-onger, and it is.

"Seriously, check out Super Sentai. It is so much cooler than Power Rangers, except IN Space, Lost Galaxy, Light Speed Rescue, Time Force, SPD, and RPM."

Even the current season, Dino Charge, is already being billed as better than it's Sentai counterpart, Kyoryuger....by some.. It's too early to make that decision, but in one category that Dino Charge leaps over Kyoryuger so far is character development. Where in Kyoryuger, King (or Daigo) is a spotlight hog where almost EVERY single episode is focused on him, while his teammates stand in the background. Dino Charge, on the other hand, EVERYONE gets a time to shine and share the spotlight. And here's another shocking truth that weaboos won't admit to, that people from the Land that does NO wrong (to them at least) believe Power Rangers is better than Super Sentai. They see it as sentai being turning into a big budget hollywood movie that only America can create. They believe Lost Galaxy is better than Gingaman. They believe S.P.D. is better than Dekaranger, and they believe Samurai is better than Shinkenger...yeah..I respect that.

The point is this, American culture is vastly different from Japanese culture and if you want your Japanese TV show to be accepted by a foreign audience, it's either you make it tailor fit to THEIR culture (like what some anime titles did. And DON'T even get me started on the whole subs vs dubs thing.) or localize it and make it work for that country. At the end of the day, making TV shows is all about business and business means money. Super Sentai is NOT much of a cultural icon then like what it is right now to most people. (especially with seasons like ToQger and the current Ninninger) Heck, the franchise (and Power Rangers) has faced attempts of cancellation numerous times! But thanks to the efforts of its producers, writers, as long as there are fans to support it, it will stay.

 In short, if you don't like it, don't watch it. don't demean, berate, or insult people who doesn't think your way. Some Sentai is better than Power Rangers and vice versa, Deal it with...soo. GROW THE FUCK UP, YOU WHINY WEABOO, IF NOT, THEN GO FUCK YOURSELF! And leave human thinking to ACTUAL humans in the toku community like me, who loves the best of both worlds.
